Mondays are usually my cleaning days when I am home. I clean the whole house, do laundry, sweep and clean the floors, take out garbage, sweep the patios and driveway... water the plants. I usually work on it all afternoon... but could probably do it in a hour or two if pressed.
This monday is completely different.
For $45, you can get an hour-long massage at the local gym on main street. I took my mom with me, and she got a 1/2 hour massage as well while I looked thru the therapist's anatomy book.
The therapist had her training in Florida, and did a great job. Here is a link to her business:

Unfortunately, she initially had a candle burning that irritated my allergies ( which she kindly put out )... so I ended up taking a Benadryl when I got back to my mother's house... and ended up sleeping all afternoon. In the whole scheme of things.. it was probably the best thing for me. It forced me to take a long rest after the massage, and perhaps helped heal some issues I have had in my back for months now.
My mother enjoyed her massage... the 4th one she's ever had. I am hoping it helped relax her a bit before her trip to Erie in the am.
Tonight a neighbor lady brought my mom a home-made lemon meringue pie. It is my mom's favorite. Now, I have never ever like lemon anything... but this was delicious. The lady is 72, and looks 52. She is amazing. Must be all the clean air here....
