Here's an older photo from 2011... I like it.

I am sure that I have posted a similar shot from that day in the past

... but I also thought it deserved to be seen again.

To me... it speaks of the peace of the season.

Today I am thankful:

...for restful sleep...

...for a friend who fixed our kitchen faucet that's been broken since July...

... for chips and queso (it's not NM green chile... but it's ok)...

...for fresh coffee...

...for warm fires in the fireplace...
