The photos for today's post are ones I took a few years ago on a day trip to Taos, New Mexico. I know lots of folks who don't like pigeons... but I actually think they are quite pretty. And of course, possibly the most famous pigeons, Passenger Pigeons, have an interesting history... and possible future (?) as well.

The past few weeks have been rough... and thoughts of fleeing... and flying have been ever-present.

But... trying to be an optimist... I am trying to not let things "ruffle my feathers"... hehe.
