This week went by really quickly. …

This week has also felt very much like the prelude to FALL, if it weren’t so very hot out. But leaves have fallen in bucketloads, and others are turning .. or starting to turn to their fall colors. I don’t know if it’s because I am older, (or getting older)… but this week has been rough. Stress, lots of thinking…. anxiety…. old stories coming to the surface and demanding attention. I need to get back ‘in the groove’ of creating… but I also need to develop some energy to do that. I will get there.

This week/ weekend, we did manage to get ‘out and about’ a bit… to the shops… to get ice cream…. to get some CBD gummies…. to drop off things for donation. I also got my hair cut… and got a message… and even went to my favorite diner here for some awesome steak and eggs. I even made a doctor appointment… which is only 2 yrs later than I intended… but alas.
