I'm not sure why today has been so challenging... but it has.
Nothing much was accomplished today... except for having my mom up to dinner, and trying to distract her from her sadness with an old movie. But I did manage to get a couple pieces done over the weekend (see below)... and will try to get more done tomorrow.

The colors just spoke to me today... that, and the vastness of the desert sky...
