I love this photo.
I imagine... that the two children, Joanna and James,
have traveled to the beach as part of their family weekend vacations.
Loving their dogs Bitsie and Pepper; they have naturally brought them with them to frolic in the sand.
Bitsie, the smaller of the two, is naturally in charge. Leading the way, she gets Pepper
in all sorts of trouble, as Pepper is more than willing to go wherever Bitsie directs him.
