I don't really have a story for this one...
But I will tell you, this photograph is one of my favorites.

I bought this piece at an antique shop several years ago.
At first, I was really concerned that the older girl in the photo was the mother...
I know that lots of young girls married at very young ages during the Victorian years.
However, I choose to believe that these girls are actually sisters...
even though they really don't resemble each other much.
