Several weeks ago, I started a new "series" of posts... if you will...
And so on Wednesdays; I intend to post an old photograph to inspire your creativity.  Write a poem!  Plot out a short story!
Have inspiration for a piece of art or composition.... let your artistic soul shine.
(you can click on the photos in this post to make it larger to see).

I love this photo.
I know nothing about it... other than the mysterious sign on the camp that says "Moon-Lite."
Was that the name of this place? And if so, why does it say "Cotton" underneath?
According to google, there is a Cotton County in Oklahoma...
and a town named Cotton in Minnesota.... so maybe this refers to the location?

Either way, the young woman on the porch seems determined to hide from the camera...
and her dog seems to be nosing around in the dirt... perhaps for a lost morsel of food.
Searching Cotton, Minnesota... it looks like only about 60 people live there, and there are lots of camps. Perhaps this is one?
How lucky to be able to spend a summer there, lazing about in the hammock... watching the dog run around. Or, sitting in one of those pretty white rocking chairs, watching the sun set over Long Lake (which is apparently near to Cotton).
Perhaps though... it's not so innocent after-all.
Could these folks be hiding out after a horrible string of robberies?
Which explains why she is hiding from the camera?
A small town like Cotton would be a perfect place to hide.
Only you know the story that could be told....
