So... the daughter has been working hard in the yard this year, clearing out debris and such.
And it seems as though nature has been rewarding her efforts in many ways.... not the least of which is this massive Chicken of the Woods clumping. I've tried this delicacy many years ago... but haven't in years... so I first wanted to make sure it was, in fact, the right mushroom... and of course, more info on it. I think it may be on the menu some time this week...
