Holiday season can be rough for many folks... and I am no exception.
I am feeling very overwhelmed.
I feel as though I've been in some sort of time hole... and I've lost several days/ weeks/ months/ years... and I don't know how to get out.
On the plus side, I've been watching movies and reading more... and even though my sleep hours are completely in shambles... I think I am starting to feel a little better physically.
