I apologize for the lateness of my weekend post... in addition to there being much going on with the Maple Festival this weekend; there have been other family matters... difficult and awful... and sad.
None of which I can go into. But, suffice it to say that these past few weeks have been rough on many levels.... and more so these past couple of days.
Life is hard. More so for some... and tragically so.
I am still trying to process it all... but when you think about the idea that all we really have to do in this life is love and support each other.... and take good stewardship of the things we are given... it all seems so pointless and unnecessary.
