There is a house nearby that has a gorgeous apple tree in the front yard.
Right now, it is in full bloom.. and it's just stunning.

The photos on yesterday's post; were of an apple tree just outside of town...
And I know of lots of other apple trees that have been in bloom over the course of the last couple of weeks.
So... as you can imagine... I have been in heaven.
If you have ever been under an apple tree when it's in full bloom... you understand how intoxicating it is...
and it's one of those scents you never forget.

And so yesterday, I spent a few minutes taking some photos of this tree... and enjoying the humming of the bees....
the wafts of heady perfume... the massive swirls of petals underfoot...
and I just had to share it with you.
