a tornado on a twist

but the sun shines on

the windy season has arrived here in ABQ like a roaring lion...

it's quite amazing really... once you get past the fact that you've gained a small ton of sand in your house.

I've been seeing the chiropractor regularly for a couple weeks... and it seems to be helping.

And hopefully... the majority of the trauma from the past couple weeks has passed.

And I am trying to take care of myself...
with the exception of the bag of potato chips I am currently munching on...
sometimes you just have to indulge.
