#createDaily

Afraid I didn’t make my goal of reading all 5 books on my nightstand this week… but I did finish 2 full books and most of a 3rd. Will try to get more read this week (see photo at the bottom of post to see what is now on my nightstand). AND…. enjoying some leftover chicken roast for dinner… see the middle photo.

And the main/ top photo? I am studying about crystals today. These are ones I picked up spontaneously, and discovered that they really all work together:

““Highly spiritual and sought after for its metaphysical properties, Danburite is a powerful Heart Chakra stone, relieving emotional pain and increasing acceptance of one's self and of others. Danburite will help you to “let your light shine". The pure love energy of Danburite brings serenity and peace.

Rose Quartz fosters empathy, reconciliation, and forgiveness of others. Lowering stress and tension in the heart, Rose Quartz clears out anger, jealousy, and resentment of others, and allows healing of heart issues and dis-ease associated with holding on to such negative emotions.

Clear Quartz is known as the stone of power and amplifies any energy or intention. Clear Quartz protects against negativity, attunes to your higher self, and relieves pain.

Turquoise balances and aligns all the chakras, stabilizing mood swings and instilling inner calm. It is excellent for depression and exhaustion, it also has the power to prevent panic attacks. Turquoise promotes self-realization and assists creative problem solving.

Larimar is said to enlighten and heal in a physical, emotional, mental and spiritual way. It stimulates the heart, throat, third eye and crown chakras facilitating inner wisdom and outer manifestation. It represents peace and clarity, radiating healing and love energy.

Tourmaline is believed to promote inspiration and happiness, reduce fear, and build self-confidence among its users. It's also used to balance yin-yang energies, as it's considered a physical bridge to the spiritual. ““
